A Beginner’s Guide is available for users with no prior experience with Linux/Command Line Interface (CLI) or Cluster Computing.
A User FAQ List assists users in finding quick answers to problems encountered on the Campus Cluster.
For any questions or problems, contact the Campus Cluster Helpdesk. In person or ZOOM meeting user support is generally available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding University Holidays). It is recommended to make an appointment via the Campus Cluster Helpdesk to ensure availability.
Preventive maintenance (PM) on the cluster is generally scheduled on a quarterly basis on the third Wednesday of Januray, April, July, and October from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time. The cluster will be returned to service earlier if maintenance is completed before schedule.
